Please read these terms carefully before using our site.

Use of this site for anyone below 18 is prohibited.

 

Regarding customs-

1.      Please make sure you are compliant with all your local regulations before placing an order. All items will be declared accurately with the correct description, value and origin. To avoid potential customs problems, it is advised you check with your local customs authorities whether you can import our products.

2.      Customs authorities often assess duties and tariffs on tobacco products, these are the responsibility of the buyer. Please only order from our store if you understand that you may be charged duties and that you are willing to accept them. Anyone who orders from us and refuses packages because of assessed duties will have their account with us terminated.

 

Shipping and Refund policy-

1.      We have guaranteed delivery. Meaning if your package goes missing or is lost in transit, we will refund or reship at our discretion. However, accounts are marked every time a claim is made, and if an account is deemed to be making fraudulent claims, it will be terminated, and an investigation will be lodged with the local postal inspector.

2.      For items that arrive damaged or moldy, we will offer a resolution to the client to make them whole. This will include either a partial credit, partial refund, or full refund upon returning the box. If you ask for the box to remain sealed, it means we cannot inspect it prior to dispatch, and we may not be responsible for the condition it arrives in.

3.      A full box can always be returned, without reason, by the customer. We require advance notice as well as a clear picture of the condition of the sticks being returned. Once the box has arrived back in our warehouse, a full refund will be issued.

4.      No refunds will be issued on account of taste, draw, construction, or aroma. Cigars are made from a natural leaf and variance between boxes is to be expected.

5.      We will not be responsible for non-deliveries if the address provided was incorrect or if you refused the package due to duties and it was confiscated.

6.      iHavanas reserves the sole and final decision in handling disputes.

 

Miscellaneous-IMPORTANT-

1.      We reserve the right to cancel any order without reason.

2.      We will not be bound to honor any clearly incorrect prices on mailers or the storefront due to human error.

3.      Anyone who misuses the one time use promotion codes will have their account terminated.

4.      Anyone who fraudulently lodges a chargeback will be pursued to the full extent of the law.

5.      By using this site you agree that only the jurisdiction of Hong Kong S.A.R will apply to any dispute or litigation that may arise with iHavanas or any of its affiliates/subsidiaries/parent company.

6.      By using this site you submit yourself to the jurisdiction of Hong Kong courts and waive your right to establish civil proceedings in a foreign venue.

7.      By placing an order on this site you certify to us that you understand your local customs regulations and that your order is compliant.

8.      By placing an order on this site you certify to us that you understand customs excise duties may be levied on your order, and that it is solely your responsibility to pay them.

9.      By placing an order on this site you certify to us that you understand all our products come from a bonded warehouse, and no excise duties have been paid in any jurisdiction.

10.    Certain jurisdictions have different regulations regarding health warning stickers, it is your responsibility to reach out to us with your requirements before you place an order. Otherwise products may not be compliant with your local jurisdiction.

11.    Under no circumstances will we undervalue or falsely declare consignment, please do not ask us to do this.
